Returns Policy

We stand behind our firearms. If you're not satisfied, return within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Firearm must be in new, unfired condition with all original packaging and accessories. We inspect all returns to ensure they meet our condition standards.

No restocking fee for returns that meet condition requirements. You cover return shipping costs unless the firearm is defective or we made an error.

To start a return: contact support@firearmsonline.net with your order number. We'll provide return instructions and required documentation. All returns must go through an FFL for compliance with federal regulations.
